Jardin des Tuileries, Paris

After visiting the Musée de l’Orangerie to admire the works of my favorite master, Monet, I took a quiet rest in the Jardin des Tuileries. Bordered by the Seine and gracefully nestled between the Place de la Concorde and the Louvre, the garden is a cherished retreat where Parisians come to read, unwind, and gather with friends. It’s a perfect place for a leisurely stroll and to immerse oneself in the rhythm of Parisian life. As I sat there, enveloped by beauty and serenity, I captured the scene in my diary with a painting in an effort to preserve the magic of that moment.

Medium: Watercolor, graphite, and ink on paper
Materials: Van Gogh watercolor set; Rosemary & Co reversible pocket brushes; ink pen

Here are a few photos I took during my visit to the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris.
